Here's the Deal!

------------------------ The Swiss account costs USD 2300 with an offshore corporation, and USD 1600 as an individual account. The account offers everythinbg you can imagine, including internet access, stock trading worldwide, FOREX trading Dear Sir, the features about the 2 accounts (Europe 1 + Europe 2) are pretty much described on my page. There are no paper application forms, as both accounts can be opened on-line. The respective bank will mail you directly their forms to be completed and of course the signature card. Europe 1 is a multiple currency account, which allows you to have balances of any major currency in your account. You have one account number with subaccounts regarding the currency, a daily retrievable statement via the inet (secured, pgp-ed transmission) shows all subaccounts with their respective balances. The same goes for EUROPE 2, both accounts can be handled fully remotely, that's to say you can give orders via the inet or by dialing in over phone/modem - it's the perfect account for the netpreneur or the nestegg builder from any part in the world. You can sell and buy any currency within the subaccount structure. With EUROPE 1 you receive also an ATM card, so you can anonymously draw against your offshore nestegg in any part of the world. Please tell if you are interested, I would suggest for privacy reasons to incorporate offshore and use this entity as account holder, the total would be 1950 USD. If incorporation of an offshore entity is wanted: --------------------------------------------------------- Please detail the desired corporation name for a Panama IBC.I also would need the name of the Power-of-Attorney to be shown in the said document (the PoA will NOT be public data, though!). This PoA should be able to present a picture ID, needed for opening of the bank account. After reception of funds I will incorporate the company, which usually takes a few days, and then start to open the bank account. The bank account will be open within 24 hours, but only for receiving funds. You will need to send to the bank the picture ID and the signed documents, after that the account will be fully activated. The bank also offers to become a credit card merchant for Visa and Mastercard. Now, let me see if i understand all of this correctly:-

1. 12 days for the Corporate Panama, and 2 weeks for a 
fresh company?
Then i'd rather go for a new one, with the name 
"Silly Flock of Geese" if possible

2. Fact that you don't accept credit cards does complicate 
things a bit, as i am in the Desert at the moment, and the 
bank acc is in Germany, without the fancy internet 
connections, unfortunately .... however, it could be
arranged, but, requires a bit of time too
I assume you don't start anything before the money is 
transferred?
Which brings me to the next important point:

3. What are our guarantees that you deliver what we expect, 
and in the given time frame??

4. I gather the 2-3 weeks are meant for a fully operational 
account? Then, surely, a deposit could be made earlier?

5. About the "hard copy" signature - how does that work, 
exactly? Snail mail correspondence with the bank?

When the name of the corp is approved by the registrar in panama i will go ahead and immediately open the account in CH, they provide within 2 days an account number, which can already receive deposits.
