Posted by: Sheila (Radakovich) Sherman on April 23, 2003 - Radakovic family

Name: Milos Radakovic and Jeka Radakovic; Juro Radakovic
Location: Sadilovac or Dreznik

My Great Grandparents were Milos and Jeka Radakovic. One of their sons, Juro Radakovic came to the United States in 1913 and again in 1920. I am trying to find out information on them and if my grandfather had any sisters or brothers. I possibly may have cousins living there.

Thank you for any help you may have to offer.

My Grandfather Josip came to the USA from Sveta Jana sometime around 1913 or so. He was born February 8th 1888. He had a sister named Stancie who also came to the USA but I think he had other siblings who stayed in Croatia around Zagreb, Gorcia, Sveta Jana, Reparov Breg
Any infromation would be great!

Michelle, I asked many people in village of Draga. There are two possibilities of your father relatives. There are two main families of Repars in Sv. Jana. All other Repars came from those two families. In church books there is no Josip registered on Feb. 8, 1888. If you have proof of birthday please let me know or anything else.
