Greetings from New Zealand.

My father Stipan Ante Dominikovich emigrated from Dalmatia in 1914, following his brothers, Ivan and Georgio. Ivan returned and settled in Dubrovnik, he married Rusita Kamadov and had three daughters: Elle, Rusita, and Marija.

Stipan and Georgio (known as Michael) remained in New Zealand.

Is there anyone out there who recognizes any of the names?

Josip Dubravac b. 1883 had a brother named Dakia. They came from Udbina, Lika, Croatia, probably sailing from Hamburg to a Canadian port. Worked in Iron Mountain, Michigan and then Josip (Joseph) went to Denver, where he married Teresa Brezic, Slovenian from near Ljubljana. Dakia was shot in the street somewhere in Canada and died. Joseph stayed in Denver and raised a family.
More information appreciated.
